The Teaching Clinic
MATCM offers postgraduate peer clinical supervision at our purpose built teaching & treatment clinic – Acuhealth Centre (Manchester).
Acuhealth offers acupuncture as well as cupping, Chinese Tuina massage, moxibustion and natural herbal remedies. It is one of the most established acupuncture clinics in Manchester, and a member of the British Acupuncture Council. A close team of practitioners work together at Acuhealth, providing our patients the best care with a holistic approach to improve their overall wellbeing.
All our clinical supervisors have more than 10 years of clinical and teaching experience in TCM. Students can observe or shadow the practitioners in the clinic. They have access to the appropriate equipment, specialised teaching and learning space, as well as other necessary resources. Students are supervised and assisted throughout their study programmes.
