Following the session of Dao Qi (Guiding the Qi) Technique, Dr Mei will discuss commonly presented gynaecological conditions, together with their aetiology and pathology, clinical interpretations, patterns of disharmony and detail the approach to their treatment using acupuncture. Focus will be given to the importance of treatment including Zang Fu patterns of disharmony, as well as detailed discussion on using the Extraordinary vessels.

Diagnose and treat commonly presenting conditions and complex conditions using advanced comprehensive acupuncture techniques for the following conditions: 

• Dysmenorrhea
• Irregular periods
• PCOS
• Endometriosis
• Infertility
• Miscarriage
• IVF, the role of the acupuncturist
• Pre Menstrual Tension
